I'm trying to print a list of 21 names and addresses on APLI ref 02414 ll. The APLI settings seem to be correct in the APLI window. Last year there was no problem, but now no matter what margin settings are used they are always too high and out of register. Can you help me?

In order to fix the problems, I recommend you to remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, reboot the PC and install the software again. If the problem persists, try reinstalling your printer drivers.
